You may meet and apply to adopt Mia at our ADOPTION EVENT on SUNDAY, AUGUST 21st from 12 Noon - 3:00 at PETCO in NEWPORT BEACH.
Mia is a female Dachshund/Chihuahua mix puppy approximately 9 weeks old. She has lovely tan and gold markings, beautiful green eyes, and an adorable pink nose. She is very small, weighing less than 2 pounds. Mia is a quieter puppy, but loves to play. She seems to be more of an observer and will watch what is going on before joining in the fun. Mia is a wonderful snuggler and cuddler. She will sit contently in your lap and watch TV with you (she actually sits there and watches the screen). Mia prefers more gentle play and is more ladylike in her mannerisms. Mia plays with her sister, Roxy - also posted, but enjoys making friends as long as they are her size and are gentle. Mia was born at the shelter, but was raised since she was a week old in a foster home with her mom. Her mother was a tan wire-hair Dachshund. Mia is healthy, well-adjusted, and ready for her new forever home. She is puppy pad/paper trained and well on her way to learning good potty habits. Mia is looking for a safe, secure home where she can be pampered and spoiled. All puppies will be spayed or neutered prior to going home.
Mia's adoption donation is $400. She will be SPAYED, MICROCHIPPED, VACCINATED, DEWORMED, and DEFLEAED prior to going to her forever home. Also included is her collar with ID, harness, leash, folder with all of her records, a great PETCO coupon book, and a fun goodie bag with toys, etc.
Mia is being fostered by Pet Match Rescue Foster Volunteer, Phyllis and is ready for her forever home.
