Baylee's Story...
Hi! My name is Baylee. I am a playful, fun little dude that is just waiting for my *furever* home. I LOVE the water, so I would be the perfect dog for you if you enjoy boating or swimming. I am neutered, heartworm negative, current on all vaccines and microchipped. I weigh about 11 lbs. I am 1 year old (born September 2010). I am crate trained and housebroken, and I get along well with other dogs. My foster mom says that when they took me from the shelter, my fur was horribly matted, so they had to give me a short haircut...which was great for the summer! I will be white and fluffy when my hair grows back. I don't mind cats, either! I like to play with the children in my foster home, too. My adoption donation fee is $375. Any donation paid above the regular adoption fee just allows the rescue that saved me to help save more animals! Please email my rescue to get an adoption application. Thanks for checking me out!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Baylee, a Newark Pomeranian dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pomeranian for sale in Newark, or seeking a Pomeranian dog from a breeder in Newark.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Newark already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Newark breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pomeranian breeders who help with Pomeranian rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Newark paves the way for another one to be saved.
