Toby's Story...
Toby our new little guy in rescue, so cute and sweet, loves the other doggies, really enjoys our attention. Pretty obvious that this baby was really neglected by someone but is now enjoying life. Toby is a youngster about 9 months old, just learning the ropes on how to walk nicely on his leash and slowly learning his housebreaking. Toby is a small guy about 38lbs and doesn't appear he will grow much more, he is going to stay on the smaller side like a Keeshound.....he looks like a miniature wolf to all of us and we just love him. Toby will be neutered, vaccinated, vet checked and microchipped for his new family. If you would like to meet and adopt please visit www.alleysangels.org and or contact our Adoption Coordinator-Alison at 951-532-0491.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Toby, a Apple valley Keeshond/Husky puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Keeshond/Husky for sale in Apple valley, or seeking a Keeshond/Husky puppy from a breeder in Apple valley.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Apple valley already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Apple valley breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Keeshond/Husky breeders who help with Keeshond/Husky rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Apple valley paves the way for another one to be saved.
