Romeo's Story...
This handsome boy is Romeo, is a 2 year old, 10 lb. Norfolk Terrier Mix. He is a polite little guy who loves to make friends will dogs of all sizes, and his favorite pastime is playing good naturedly with his foster sisters. When he’s done playing he loves to sit in your lap and enjoy a good movie. Romeo doesn’t bark or nip, and he is okay with cats as he pretty much ignores those at his foster home. He isn’t a great swimmer so he needs to be watched while around a pool. Romeo is currently being crate and house trained and is doing very well. He would be best in a home where he has another dog to play with.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Romeo, a Scottsdale Norfolk Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Norfolk Terrier for sale in Scottsdale, or seeking a Norfolk Terrier dog from a breeder in Scottsdale.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Scottsdale already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Scottsdale breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Norfolk Terrier breeders who help with Norfolk Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Scottsdale paves the way for another one to be saved.
