Magdalyn's Story...
Magdalyn was born approximately 01/2008. She is a chocolate-point, very feminine looking siamese. She and her kittens were left behind by her owner to be cared for by the new owner of her house. They all wandered away to a neighbors house in search of food, since she and her babies were left with none. She was very pregnant when she was surrendered, and most of the healthy kittens of her new litter have been adopted.

Magdalyn is just a little bit apprehensive of new people at first, but then quickly warms up once she is comfortable. This is quite understandable, considering her recent past.

Magdalyn would do best in a quiet environment with no other pets or a few other quiet pets. If she is not comfortable, she will retreat and become unsocial. If she is comfortable, she runs, plays, purrs and is very loving.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Magdalyn, a Andover Siamese cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Siamese for sale in Andover, or seeking a Siamese cat from a breeder in Andover.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Andover already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Andover breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Siamese breeders who help with Siamese rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Andover paves the way for another one to be saved.
