Ed's Info...

Ed's Story...
Ed is a special little guy, he is a chocolate brown Chihuahua that is about 7 months old and weighs 8 pounds. He was rescued from a Los Angeles shelter where they had to amputate one of his hind legs. He is also neurologically impaired and has trouble standing and walking - he is unsteady and wobbly. We are in the process of getting him a cart to help him; we are not sure if it will help, but we are going to give it a shot. We don't know what happened to this little guy to affect him neurologically. Ed barks at his fostermom when he needs to go out to the bathroom. He is ever so sweet and loving. Ed needs a special place to call home!

Please give Shannon a call at 562-708-9550 to make arrangements to meet this wonderful dog.

PLEASE NOTE: THIS DOG WILL NOT BE AT ANY OF OUR ADOPTION SITES!

This animal is for adoption through a private rescuer, please contact the person listed in the above description.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ed, a Rolling Hills Estates Chihuahua puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in Rolling Hills Estates, or seeking a Chihuahua puppy from a breeder in Rolling Hills Estates.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Rolling Hills Estates already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Rolling Hills Estates breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Rolling Hills Estates paves the way for another one to be saved.
