Kendal's Story...
Kendal puts on a brave show but hes really a little scared and shy still. He is a brown tabby kitten born approx. 5/15/2011. Kendal was born in a large colony of feral cats living deep in the woods. The adult cats were neutered and returned to the colony as part of a large Trap Neuter Return project done by Stray Cat Blues in partnership with the Bucks County SPCA. Kendal was one of the few kittens to survive the many dangers of his outdoor environment and was taken into foster care.

He is neutered, litterbox trained, tested negative for FIV/FeLV, and is up-to-date on vaccinations.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Kendal, a Colmar Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Colmar, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Colmar.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Colmar already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Colmar breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Colmar paves the way for another one to be saved.
