My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Callie is the most adorable little Shihtzu We received Callie (along with Lucy) from a breeder that agreed to surrender these sweeties to us. They did not have a great life - when we rescued them both were covered in dirt, had matted hair, bad teeth, fleas and are heartworm +.

But to look at them, you'd never know it now! Both were groomed and are not current on their vaccinations. Both will be spayed before the end of August and will begin their heartworm treatment soon after.

Callie is very small in build and weighs just over 10lbs. We have her AKC paperwork and she is 3 years old. She is spirited and loves to play with all of the dogs. She is smart, she knows her name now and she learned how to use the dog door immediately. She hasn't had any accidents and really enjoys running in and out the dog door.

Callie's adoption fee is $150.00. This will go towards her medical expenses. I hope you'll consider Callie for your family. She is sweet girl that deserves an opportunity to have a home full of love.
