Trio's Info...

I am already neutered, up to date with shots, declawed, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Trio's Story...
Trio was soon to be abandoned by his caretaker after fifteen years, because he had been her dead husband's cat, and she was losing her apartment. He is shellshocked to have lost his home and be living in a cage.

Trio is altered, healthy, up to date on vaccines, and is microchipped. He is three legged, having lost his hind left foot, but gets around just fine; also, he was declawed in front. And he has a great appetite. Although, he can be a little cranky (how would you feel?), he enjoys being petted by his foster mom and settlles in a little more every day. He would like nothing more than to be a house cat with a home, and bed of his own. Help to restore Trio's faith in the world by offering him a place in your home and heart.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Trio, a Colmar Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Colmar, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Colmar.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Colmar already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Colmar breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Colmar paves the way for another one to be saved.
