Gremlin's Story...
Hello my name is Gremlin and I'm a beautiful Lab/Basset puppy.
My birthday is June 10, 2011. Our story is a sad one. We were born
under a tree out in a field. There are 13 of us and our mama had to
struggle to feed us and she almost died.Luckily a nice man found us
and took us to this crazy farm with ducks and chickens and goats and
tons of dogs and puppies for us to play with. But truthfully I would
rather be a princess at your house. Won't you take me home please?

To find out more information about this pup please email us at Dogsnharmony@gmail.com We will provide information about our process/paperwork and you can request an application there as well. Thank you and we look forward to helping you find your new fur-ever friend!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Gremlin, a Salem Basset Hound/Labrador Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Basset Hound/Labrador Retriever for sale in Salem, or seeking a Basset Hound/Labrador Retriever puppy from a breeder in Salem.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Salem already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Salem breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Basset Hound/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Basset Hound/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Salem paves the way for another one to be saved.
