Kaboom's Info...

I am already neutered, a special needs pet, in need of an experienced adopter, up to date with shots, not good with kids, not good with dogs, and not good with cats.

Kaboom's Story...
Kaboom came to us limping on a front leg & back leg. He could not jump & was barely able to walk. He was also very underweight. When we took him to the Vet., the X-rays showed a bullet in his front leg & a fractured hind leg. As you can see, Kaboom has had surgery to repair his right front leg & the Vet believes he will make a full recovery. Despite being abused by people, Kaboom is very loving & will make someone a wonderful companion for a long time.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Kaboom, a Jeffersonville Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Jeffersonville, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Jeffersonville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Jeffersonville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Jeffersonville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Jeffersonville paves the way for another one to be saved.
