Hi, I'm Wise Guy. I was rescued from living a life outside and very sick. I am doing much better now although I am going to be seen by a vet to check on my eyes. My foster mom isn't sure if i have vision in my right eye. We'll keep you posted. After my eye is taken care of I will be able to go up for adoption.
