My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Well I’m not surprised you’re here reading this, I caught your eye didn’t I? Soooooo let me introduce myself . My name is Ringo and yes, I do think I’m a star. I’m only a year old and super handsome, smart as they come and quite charming so my foster mom says. It’s been a rough life so far for me but I knew better things were in my future. I lucked out when the great people from Forever Friends Great Dane Rescue took me in and gave me a foster home while I wait for a really special family to come along and snatch me right up. Someone told me that I’m a dane mix but I’m only 40 lbs. and not going to get much bigger. My foster mom says I lean better than any dane she’s ever had for such a little guy and I’ve probably got some cattahoula or cattle dog in me? My foster mom says it doesn’t really make a difference because I am as sweet as they come and whomever adopts me is going to be so lucky to have me. I love people and all other dogs and can be pretty silly and playful. What can I say? I’m a happy guy and adapt to my surroundings pretty quickly and just make the best of things. I’m learning very quickly to have better manners in the house and don’t mind having rules because it sure is nice to be loved and have a nice place to sleep and plenty of food to eat.
