Sugar - Video included!'s Story...
The name says it all! This little girl is as sweet as sugar. Thus we named her Sugar. Sugar is about 3-months young and weights around 18 lbs right now. This little bundle of joy is a parvo survivor! Her owners left her at the vets because they didn't want to pay for her treatment. A good samaritan did and Sugar got the treatment she needed. She is now ready for a new home. A good home!

This litttle girl is very energetic and playful, just like most puppies are. Potential adopter needs to be aware that puppies chew, need attention and training and don't come potty trained!

I attached a little video that shows sugar playing in the vet clinic. As soon as I get a better video I will upload it.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sugar - Video included!, a Long Beach Labrador Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Long Beach, or seeking a Labrador Retriever puppy from a breeder in Long Beach.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Long Beach already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Long Beach breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Long Beach paves the way for another one to be saved.
