Tara's Story...
COURTESY LISTING
This 5 year old girl Tara is looking for her forever home again. Sad to say, her owner is moving to a nursing home and can no longer keep her. Tara is a people oriented cat. She enjoys the company of anyone who will pet her, pick her up and allow her to sleep in your lap and / or in your bed. She is quite the lovebug. She gets along very well with dogs, but she should be the one and only kitty as that is all she is used to. For more great details, please contact COURTESY LISTING

Rescue Group Info...

About Our Rescue Group...
Happy Strays Rescue is a non-profit rescue organization that cares for stray, abandoned and orphaned cats and kittens. Our rescues are often just babies who require bottlefeeding and hand rearing. Our cats and kittens are cared for in a network of wonderful foster homes while they wait for adoption.
Come Meet Our Pets...
We currently have many many cats and kittens ready for adoption! Because we do not have a shelter and our cats reside in foster homes they are only available to be seen at our adoption Saturdays. If there is a cat you would like to meet, please let us know so that we can make sure the kitty is at our next evemt.

Our cats are available for adoption every Saturday from 11 am-3:30 pm at the PETCOs in La Canada and Santa Clarita. Please see our website for details and directions.

Our Adoption Process...
Our fees are $100 and include spay/neuter, testing for Felv/FIV and all vaccinations. We have an adoption questionaire and contract to be signed. We do not allow de-clawing, but we often rescue declawed cats and have them available for adoption. If the adoption is not a good fit for the cat or family, pets may always be returned to us.
We Serve the Following Cities, Towns, and/or Counties...
LA CANADA PETCO:
Tujunga, La Crescenta, Glendale, La Canada, Pasadena, San Gabriel Valley, Altadena, Arcadia, San Marino, and Montrose.

SANTA CLARITA PETCO:
Santa Clarita, Valencia, Stevenson Ranch, Newhall, Canyon Country, and Lancaster.
