Rainier's Story...
Rainier is a beautiful boy new to rescue. He's on the smaller side for a male gsd, at about 60 pounds. He is spunky and has plenty of energy. He loves everyone he meets, loves to play with other dogs, but can be a bit timid when first meeting a new dog. He knows a few commands, but will require a new owner to start him with obedience training right away to raise him to his highest potential. With his smaller size, he will make a great family pet for some lucky family! All-in-all, Rainier is a great dog who will provide years of loyalty and love.

This pet comes with a 30-day gift of Sheltercare pet insurance, the number one brand of pet insurance for adopted pets. Over 3 million adopted pets have already been insured!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Rainier, a Mill Creek German Shepherd Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog for sale in Mill Creek, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog dog from a breeder in Mill Creek.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Mill Creek already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Mill Creek breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Mill Creek paves the way for another one to be saved.
