Fred Meyer's Story...
Hello Beaglers of Arizona! Whew, it's so hot outside I hope you all are keeping nice and cool? If you are comfy -- please consider taking me in as a foster or even adoption if you can see how sweet a young gentleman I am! I really need to get out of boarding and into a cool home to lay my soft fuzzy head. My name is Fred Meyer and I'm 7 years young but as you can see in need of some green beans in my diet to help trim me down. I'm what they call a Lemon Beagle and 1 big happy ball of fur! Sadly my elderly owners are moving out of state due to health problems and can no longer care for me. I'm sure I can be a love-bug for you and yours if you just give me a chance. Come meet me in person and I can show you all about my sweet nature -- you can give me a loving belly rub in return and that will definitely make us friends for life!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Fred Meyer, a Phoenix Beagle dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Beagle for sale in Phoenix, or seeking a Beagle dog from a breeder in Phoenix.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Phoenix already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Phoenix breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Beagle breeders who help with Beagle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Phoenix paves the way for another one to be saved.
