My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Looking for love...

Munch is a handsome blue eye charmer estimated to be two years old. Just leaving the puppy stage and entering into young adulthood he is a very active boy and, typical of Siberians, will need an active home to keep him exercised, entertained and out of trouble. Another Sibe or active dog to play with would be excellent for Munch and a home where he is not left alone all day would be ideal.

Munch is a young man of mystery. Somewhere along the way Munch's family got lost and we are certain they miss their friend. He has wasted no time settling in with his foster family and stealing their hearts. Munch absolutely loves children and gets so excited greeting his foster kids after a day of school; that is his job and he does it well. He will be an excellent "big brother and helper" with his new family. This recent weather has confirmed what we suspected, this "snow dog" loves the snow!

Mr. Munch loves belly rubs and talks to you while being petted. He gives a lot of kisses and will gently nudge your arm or put his head in your lap asking for your attention with a look that will melt your heart. He is crate trained and knows "sit" and "no". Munch does not beg and lays quietly nearby when his family has dinner. He takes treats gently, but can be a little food possessive with other dogs. He is not a big barker unless he gets excited and is gentle, he does not nip or play rough. Like most huskies, he can be demanding and not shy to let you know what he wants. In fact, if his dinner is late he has been known to bang his dish! He is definitely a morning dog and likes to rise early so if you are in the market for a furry, lovable alarm clock, you are in luck!
