Sid and Ty's Story...
Hi our names are Sid and Ty. We were born on August 27, 2004. Sid will tell you all about us. Hi, my name is Sid. I'm more affectionate and adventurous than my brother Ty. My brother Ty has a medium haired coat and is a little more reserved. We enjoy playing in our foster home with our brother and sister cats and dogs. We are both a little nervous around the herding dog we live with, but are getting better at watching him and figuring out what he's up to! We live with other cats and get along well with them too. A busy home is what we are used to. We are real sweeties that love to cuddle with our foster family.

Previously we had been in a home with a toddler from whom we hid. The toy-throwing and loud crying frightened us. So a home without small children would be best. We have been moved to 4 different homes so far, and we need to feel the security of a "forever" home where we can truly be playful kittens and where our family can appreciate us for the beautiful, good-natured cats we are! We would love to go to a home together, but as long as there is another energetic playful cat for us to hang out with in our new forever home, we can be separated. We are waiting to meet you and show you just how special we really are!

PS: We need to get a new picture taken for the web. These are pictures of us when we were kittens : - )

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sid and Ty, a Sheboygan Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Sheboygan, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Sheboygan.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Sheboygan already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Sheboygan breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Sheboygan paves the way for another one to be saved.
