Luna's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, not good with kids, and good with dogs.

Luna's Story...
Luna and her brother were rescued from the pound, her brother has found a home and now Luna is looking for her forever home and person to call her own. She is a darling, demure girl who asks quietly and gently for love and attention. She loves to follow you around at times to be hugged and petted since she has not had much affection in her life. She also likes car rides and to bask in the sun. She has been in boarding in a cage free environment for quite some time. Even though she has plenty of freedom and play time, she would love a nice warm bed and a sense of security for the rest of her beautiful life.

If you are interested in meeting Luna, please download the Adoption Questionnaire, fill it out and fax it back to us at (310) 362-0321.

[Luna is 4-5 years old and about 50 lbs.]

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Luna, a Marina del Rey Golden Retriever/Chow Chow dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Golden Retriever/Chow Chow for sale in Marina del Rey, or seeking a Golden Retriever/Chow Chow dog from a breeder in Marina del Rey.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Marina del Rey already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Marina del Rey breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Golden Retriever/Chow Chow breeders who help with Golden Retriever/Chow Chow rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Marina del Rey paves the way for another one to be saved.
