Emme's Info...

I am already spayed, a special needs pet, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Emme's Story...
Thank you for checking out my bio. You can see how gorgeous I am. My coat is long and fluffy and my coloring is dilute tortoiseshell. I have am mostly grey with some orange and white in my fur. I am a very beautiful cat but I do have to tell you something about myself. I was born with a deformed left front paw and leg. It does not hinder my movement much but I do walk on the side of my arm and I cannot straighten out my leg. Two veterinarians have seen me and both have said that my leg is better left how it is. It does not hurt me and I was born like this so I do not know of a different life. You will notice it when I walk around but when I lay down or sit you really can't tell.

I do get along very well with the other cats in the rescue. I love to play too with the tiny kittens here who are also awaiting their angel to come rescue them. I am in good spirits! I really just need a home of my own. Dogs do not bother me either but the dogs here are nice and know not to chase me because I can't run very fast. I am a young cat at only under a year old. Please open your heart to me. I will be forever thankful!

Please email courtneyvalent@hotmail.com to get an adoption application for me emailed to you. You will be so glad you did. Be sure to write EMME in the subject line of the email. Thank you for checking me out. I will be waiting to hear that you emailed about me!!!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Emme, a Salamanca Domestic Longhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Longhair for sale in Salamanca, or seeking a Domestic Longhair cat from a breeder in Salamanca.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Salamanca already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Salamanca breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Longhair breeders who help with Domestic Longhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Salamanca paves the way for another one to be saved.
