Charlie's Story...
Hi I'm Charlie! I am about 4 years old as of 2/12/12 and have the best personality ever!! I love to be held and wrap my arms around you. I am a lap cat and love to be by your side at all times. I occasionally get overwhelmed with all of the cats at Catales and will mark my territory by spraying. My adoption fee will be waived if you adopt me, and instead I would like you to buy No Spray by Bottled Blessings. I may still have an accident when I am adjusting to your house, or occasionally thereafter, so please be patient and understanding of me and give me some time to adjust. Please take me home. I am filled with love and affection and would love to curl up in your lap. I would follow you around wherever you go, and will sleep with you at night or cuddle with you on the couch. I also enjoy watching the birds from the window and I love my treats!! I would be so happy and would love the extra attention!! I have been waiting quite a while and would love a home of my own. Please?

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Charlie, a Middletown Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Middletown, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Middletown.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Middletown already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Middletown breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Middletown paves the way for another one to be saved.
