Facts about Plaid

  • Breed: Domestic Longhair

  • Age: Adult
  • Sex: Male
  • ID#: 3799624
  • Hair: Long

My name is Plaid. I think they named me that because it's probably the coolest print they could come up with. I'm like a kilt, or a bagpipe or...something else that's know, something manly like that.

I'm a fun-loving, rough-around-the-edges kind of kitten. If I were a person I'd probably be a motorcycle-riding, jean-jacket-wearing 'The Fonz' type. You know...cooool.

I came here to Touched by an Animal with my brother and three sisters. They're pretty cool too, but probably not as cool as me. I don't know if anyone is. Anyway, I'd like to come chill at your place for a forever.

To offer me a loving home, please call the nice people at Touched By An Animal/Cats-Are-Purrsons-Too at (773)728-6336 or e-mail them at

About Touched By An Animal/Cats-Are-Purrsons-Too

About Our Rescue Group...

TOUCHED BY AN ANIMAL helps people, especially the elderly and disadvantaged, keep their companion animals.

CATS-ARE-PURRSONS-TOO helps tossed and found cats find a forever home, or when needed, provides them with lifetime homes.

Donate to Our Rescue Group...

Come Meet Our Pets...

One-on-one, "meet-the-kitty" appointments for potential adopters are typically Wednesdays and Saturdays.

The 2nd Saturday of each month, you can visit some of our homeable cats at the Pet Supplies Plus in Lincolnwood, IL (7031 N. Lincoln Avenue).

Our Adoption Process...

Adoptions are by appointment only.

We conduct the initial interview by phone. We then schedule an appointment with the adopter to stop by our sanctuary to meet the available cat(s).

We ask for a donation of half of the cat's medical bill. Since we are a very small rescue organization running with a skeleton crew, the donation has a great impact, as most of our funding is made possible via private donations and adoption donations.
