Spayed Female

Pitbull Mix

I can live with dogs, and children 12 year and up, no cats please.

I’m what people call an active couch potato. I’m the type of pup that can hike a mountain or snuggle on the couch and love every minute of both. I enjoy playing with toys but chasing my tail is the best! My foster mom says I’m a great off leash and I listen very well. I will need an experienced adopter to help me with my training, as I have separation anxiety. My foster mom has had great luck with training and can answer any questions you may have about separation anxiety. I have lived with other dogs and loved it; we played together and took naps on the couch. If you’re interesting in me please ask an adoption counselor for more info.

This pet comes with a 30-day gift of Sheltercare pet insurance, the number one brand of pet insurance for adopted pets. Over 3 million adopted pets have already been insured!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Mia-in foster care, a Springfield American Pit Bull Terrier puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Springfield, or seeking a American Pit Bull Terrier puppy from a breeder in Springfield.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Springfield already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Springfield breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with American Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Springfield paves the way for another one to be saved.
