Regan's Story...
Meet Regan. This 2 year old found herself in the shelter after her elderly owner realized that she was "too much dog" for him to handle. She is easily agitated by other dogs, and would probably do best as an only dog. She has a unique coat that is as soft as a bunny's. She was gentle taking treats, alert and curious about her surroundings. She gave her kisses freely, and rode wonderfully in the car. She has her whole life ahead of her and wants a family that will give her lots of exercise and love. Does bunny-soft Regan sound like your type of dog? Is a loyal, fun, active girl the dog for you? If so, please fill out our adoption application.

If you are interested in adopting from our organization please complete our Adoption Application. It is the first step toward bringing home your new family member.

NOTE: We do not adopt outside only dogs.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Regan, a Las Vegas German Shepherd Dog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog for sale in Las Vegas, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog dog from a breeder in Las Vegas.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Las Vegas already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Las Vegas breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Las Vegas paves the way for another one to be saved.
