My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

"LOUIE" is a loving and gentle black Miniature Poodle whose owner
was moving and could no longer properly care for all her dogs.
Louie was then surrendered to a Shelter in Southern Minnesota.
But because Shelters are very overcrowded, Louie had no place to stay so we were contacted.

Louie is about 7 - 8 years old, 14" tall and a very thin 9.5 pounds. Louie was Vet checked health. He was just neutered (09/01/11), his teeth were cleaned, blood work shows that all is "normal". Louie is heartworm tested negative, all shots (including rabies) are now up to date, he has been wormed and micro chipped.

As Louie spends more time with us, we find that he is very friendly, cuddly and wants to be with people. He did come from a family with other dogs, cats, older children and did sleep with the owners. OMG! What a sweet and gentle Poodle for the right family!

Louie's $200.00 adoption fee pays for only some of his Vet expenses and also includes a leash, collar, his kennel, a bag of dog food, some toys, a bed, blanket and lots of good information to help your adoption start off on the right paw forward!
