I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.
Cleopatra is one of two puppies found abandoned at a boat dock on Palarm Creek just off the Arkansas River, it was 102 degrees. Little Zelda was swimming circles next to the dock to stay cool. The other puppy, Cleopatra, just looked at us with her beautiful light hazel eyes. We knew if we left them they would be run over or die of heat exhaustion. So we picked them up and put them in our truck. They are so sweet and loving and get along with other dogs. They are leash trained, kennel trained, and housetrained. We have taught them to sit and lay down...they are very smart.

OOTW helps people who help animals. We primarily assist folks who take in stray or abandoned animals and offer them assistance with discounted veterinarian services and assist with placement in adoptive homes. We promote the spaying and neutering of all pets. For more information, go to our website, www.ootwrescue.org
We do not have a shelter. Our pets are being cared for in foster homes. We allow prospective adopters to meet the pet by appointment after we have approved the home to adopt and feel that we have a good match.
We ask that an adopton application be filled out and returned to help us make the best match possible for the rescued pet and for the adoptive home.
Our adoption fee is $150.00 We do add transportation costs which are paid by the adoptive home varying from $150.00-$200.00.

We are committed to find wonderful adoptive homes for our rescues, no matter where they are. We have excellent transportation options and will adopt to homes
