Here's what the humans have to say about me:
This is a really cool guy who knows how to chill. .His owners surrendered poor Otis because they could no longer afford to feed or care for him, so the poor guy is lost in his cage. At pet adoption he was so sweet to everyone. He just kept looking up hoping he would get a chance to go home with someone. They only identify dogs by their ID number so they don't know who Otis is,ID A13809283 they name them to give them the recgonition they deserve. Come take Otis for a walk! He is great on a leash and has the cutest little trot. He is low to the ground and his front legs look like a Basset's when he sits. , the address for the shelter is 650 John HOwell Memorial Drive in Lincolnton, NC. hours M-Sat , 11 to 4 pm. . they will not answer the phone on weekends but they are there. 704 736 8517. You must use his ID number if you call about him. It is . they have a new adoption friendly interacation room so you can come play with Otis too...The adoption fee of 85.00 includes the spay or neuter, a distemper /parvo vaccine, a rabies vaccine and a de-worming. It is a great deal of needed services for only 85.00 dollars.
