China's Story...
Please give China, our 6 year old Pit Bull Terrier mix, a chance to be your forever companion. If you find challenging dogs rewarding, China might be the right dog for you. China has been with us for a very long time. She needs an owner who has had experience with a very energetic dog in need of lots of training. China needs that special person to bring love and security to her life.
China will thrive and flourish in a forever home without children and be a great an exercise partner. China would do best in a home with a backyard.

China will need positive reinforcement training and will receive *5* FREE training sessions with her adopter at our facility. Stop by the shelter and get to know China and see if she is the right match for you.

Our experienced staff is available to talk with you, answer questions and to give advice. In a loving, permanent home China will be a wonderful companion. The reward will be priceless...you will have a loyal, loving best friend who will always be grateful for getting a "second" second chance. She has been watching her neighbors get their chance and going home to their new families. We have told China that she will get the same, she just has to be a little more patient. Please help us make this day happen for China!

China is spayed, dewormed, treated to prevent fleas, ticks, ear mites and is up to date with vaccinations. Her adoption fee is $50.00 and she'll get one free exam at our vet's office, one free month of pet health insurance and a microchip. If you'd like to meet China please call or visit...we are conveniently located in Windsor Terrace, Brooklyn near the F train and we're open every day from 11am to 7pm.

China can't wait to meet you!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

China, a Brooklyn American Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Brooklyn, or seeking a American Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Brooklyn.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Brooklyn already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Brooklyn breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with American Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Brooklyn paves the way for another one to be saved.
