Bailey's Story...
Est DOB 4/14/2011, DSH Black/white Tuxedo, neutered male. Bailey was a special 'mail delivery' at the local post office. His foster mom had trapped all his littermates about 2 months before Bailey showed up. They have all been adopted. Little Bailey is not too sure about those tall things that talk to him and pet him and want to hold him and kiss him all the time. But the fact that they bring him good stuff to eat is definitely a good thing. Bailey is going to need a quiet, patient home so he can take his time getting to know his new family. Having some other furry friends for him will also be a plus. All cats and kittens have been vet checked, tested for feline leukmia and FIV, given age appropriate vaccines, spayed/netuered and are free of internal and external parasites. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bailey, a Cocoa Domestic Mediumhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Mediumhair for sale in Cocoa, or seeking a Domestic Mediumhair cat from a breeder in Cocoa.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Cocoa already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Cocoa breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Mediumhair breeders who help with Domestic Mediumhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Cocoa paves the way for another one to be saved.
