Justin's Story...
Est DOB Independence Day (July 4th) ! DMH Black/white neutered male. Justin is from a home with too many cats that have not been spayed/neutered. Hopefully we can get his former mom some help so she won't be taking litter after litter to the County's animal shelter where most don't make it out alive. Justin & his littermates were hissy at first ... but now that they've discovered what kitty play time is and toys and have food brought to them and someone to play with them, they are all doing great. He would love to go to a new home with his brother, Jazz ! All cats and kittens have been vet checked, tested for feline leukmia and FIV, given age appropriate vaccines, spayed/netuered and are free of internal and external parasites. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Justin, a Cocoa Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Cocoa, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Cocoa.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Cocoa already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Cocoa breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Cocoa paves the way for another one to be saved.
