I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.
Jimmy is another of our Junkyard J's. He came with his brothers, Javelin, Jaguar, and Jalopy, and his sister Jetta. Jimmy loves people time. He is sweet as can be and actually gets so happy when you pet him for long periods of time that he starts drooling! We call 'Jimmy-James!' and he comes running! He just recently had a dental cleaning, so he won't need that again in the near future! He can sometimes have gunky eyes, which is not uncommon for our junkyard kitties. If you are interested in adopting one of our wonderful cats or kittens, you can apply on our website: http://www.commcat.org . Please allow several days for us to process your application. We are a small, all-volunteer group and we are doing our best to work quickly! After the application is processed we will make arrangements for you to meet the cats that interest you. All of our cats and kittens are raised in our homes and live with us until they are adopted. They live with us as part of our families so we know them very well and we can help you find your perfect cat! Cats are rarely caged (only if its medically necessary) so you can visit with them and see how they act in a home. Our adoption fees are $50 for adult cats, $85 for kittens under one year, and double the love with two adult cats for $85. All cats are spayed or neutered, dewormed, vaccinated for rabies and distemper, tested for FIV and FeLV (feline leukemia), and microchipped.

You'll receive a copy, too, at to help you keep track of which pets you've inquired about, and which shelters and rescues you've emailed.
NOTE: Some shelters have physical locations you can visit; some of these shelters may only have pets for a limited time, so please do not wait for a reply—just go visit the shelter! Other organizations are rescue groups run by busy volunteers who may take a while to reply. You can find information about the shelter or rescue group caring for this pet, and their adoption procedures, on the pet's details page on Adopt-a-Pet.com.
