Bug's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with cats.

Bug's Story...

I love nice quiet places where I can kick back and chill out. I love having my ears scratched and my whole back petted! I will purr forever if you can sit and just pet me! I have always been a little shy and timid. But that doesn't mean I don't like you! It just takes me longer than some other cats to totally let you into my world! But it's worth the wait! I get along well with all the other cats. I have not really been around any dogs, but would probably be OK with them if they aren't TOO obnoxious (for dogs). I really enjoy the company of my sister Piper, but we do not have to be adopted together. She's a lot like me. We 'get' each other! I would rather not be in a loud place or a place with young children. I can startle easily sometimes, and really need somewhere quiet and peaceful. If you can give me that place I will be yours forever! I also am not yet fond of being carried around, but that may change as I get to know you. I need to time to myself sometimes. I love having a high place to nap and get away for a while! Bug had some bad teeth and had dental cleaning and extractions. She only has three canine teeth left which gives her a crooked little smile. We find it adorable!

If you are interested in adopting one of our wonderful cats or kittens, you can apply on our website: http://www.commcat.org . Please allow several days for us to process your application. We are a small, all-volunteer group and we are doing our best to work quickly! After the application is processed we will make arrangements for you to meet the cats that interest you.

All of our cats and kittens are raised in our homes and live with us until they are adopted. They live with us as part of our families so we know them very well and we can help you find your perfect cat! Cats are rarely caged (only if its medically necessary) so you can visit with them and see how they act in a home.

Our adoption fees are $50 for adult cats, $85 for kittens under one year, and double the love with two adult cats for $85. All cats are spayed or neutered, dewormed, vaccinated for rabies and distemper, tested for FIV and FeLV (feline leukemia), and microchipped.

About Community Cat Inc

About Our Rescue Group...

We are a cat advocacy group dedicated to ending feline overpopulation in our area. Our purpose is to help owned and unowned cats in our area by facilitating high quality, high volume, low cost spay/neuter services; helping caregivers to find resources to keep and humanely care for their cats; and providing care to cats in need, especially those who may not find help elsewhere.

Come Meet Our Pets...

We are completely foster home based and do not cage our cats unless medically necessary. Because we are foster home based, we require an approved application on file and will then make arrangements for you to meet that special cat or kitten!

Our Adoption Process...

An adoption application can be filled out online through our web site www.commcat.org. We will process your application as soon as possible. Our adoption fees are $50 for adults and $85 for kittens under one year old. Adoption fees include the spay or neuter, rabies and distemper vaccinations, worming, and microchipping.
