Ruff Ruff! My name is Bruno

Bruno was adopted out by Four Paws Rescue a few years ago as a puppy. He was recently returned to us because his people had a baby, and because Bruno was their only 'baby' for so many years, he didn't like sharing the attention with the new baby, so they returned Bruno to us. Please give this sweetheart another chance at a forever home!

Bruno is a GREAT dog and so sweet. He is quite the character and has a cute personality. He is very loyal and loving. Bruno is completely house-trained and crate-trained and has good house-manners. He is very mellow when indoors, but he absolutely loves to be outside in the great outdoors, whether it be hiking, skiing, or just lounging around the yard. He especially loves water and is a strong swimmer.  He would absolutely love to be your outdoor adventure buddy. He needs a home where he gets plenty of attention and playtime. He has a history of separation anxiety, and until comfortable in his new surroundings, should probably not be left alone for too long of a time. He would be happiest in a home with a fenced-in backyard where he could nap and play while outside.

Bruno unfortunately is NOT good with cats or small dogs. He also should not go to a home with babies or young children (under 10), due to being competitive for attention. He is great with other large dogs and teenage kids. Given the right environment, Bruno will thrive and be a wonderful pet to the caring owner.

Bruno is 4-5 years old and is a Yellow Lab mix. He is a BIG and beautiful dog!

Bruno's adoption fee is $125 which includes his neuter surgery and vaccinations (rabies and parvo/distemper). We show dogs by appointment or at adoption events.
