Pippi's Story...
Aren't I a pretty little thing? My name is Pippi. I was found as a stray in the middle of the road all by myself, and no one claimed me. I am believe to be Hound / Shepherd (truly a mutt). I am approximately 20 weeks old. The pictures make me look big but I am a medium sized dog when full grown. Now I am just about 25 pounds. Skinny and long legs!

I am still a baby and will go through all the growing pains a baby puppy must go through, therefore I will need a home that will be patient with me and kindly teach me all the things a good dog needs to learn. I am very sweet and love to cuddle - just like any baby.

I have learned to walk on a lead, and have learned the dog door. I am in a foster home with 5 other dogs, and have done well. I am still young enough that with proper training and exposure, I will be a great pup furever!.

For more information or to meet me, please complete an Adoption Interest form and please email crystallarnold@msn.com.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Pippi, a Gilbert Hound (Unknown Type)/Shepherd (Unknown Type) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Hound (Unknown Type)/Shepherd (Unknown Type) for sale in Gilbert, or seeking a Hound (Unknown Type)/Shepherd (Unknown Type) puppy from a breeder in Gilbert.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Gilbert already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Gilbert breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Hound (Unknown Type)/Shepherd (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Hound (Unknown Type)/Shepherd (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Gilbert paves the way for another one to be saved.
