My name is Prissy!

Domestic Shorthair Cat for adoption in Jasper, Texas - Prissy

I found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

Prissy's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, a special needs pet, up to date with shots, not good with kids, not good with dogs, and not good with cats.

Prissy's Story...
Prissy is a stunning 1 1/2 year old lady. Her beautiful tortoiseshell markings are a glorious sight to behold.

She is energetic and active and very loving. Among the things she loves are #1 people, she loves to give kisses #2 people, she loves to purr #3 people, she loves to ride in cars with her people #4 soft toys, she loves to play with soft toys (ha ha fooled ya, bet you thought I was going to say people - well it can be people too if you will play with her with her toys).

In the past Prissy has suffered from some pretty severe intestinal problems but our doctors have treated her and put her on a specific food and she has exhibited no problems at all in the four months she has been at MW. Things like this are in no way debilating and are easily corrected and maintained by simple dietary changes.

Prissy will be a wonderful asset and no doubt a cherished family member when she meets her perfect match family. She's looking for them - are you looking for her?

Prissy must be an INSIDE CAT ONLY.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Prissy, a Jasper Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Jasper, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Jasper.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Jasper already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Jasper breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Jasper paves the way for another one to be saved.
