Are you looking for a good companion dog and age doesn't matter?

Let me introduce myself. I'm Robert. I'm an overweight, 9 year old Beagle guy who just loves to be a companion. I may be overweight now, but foster mom has me on the green bean diet, and my foster sister, Lea, is teasing me into chasing her around the back yard. Before you know it, I'll be slim again.

My personality is mellow, easy going kind of guy who doesn't cause any problems. I'm house trained; crate trained and gets along with about everything and everyone. Foster mom says I would be good in apartment or condo. Just give me a big doggy pillow and I'm happy.

My forever home wishes are:

Someone who isn't gone all day long, who would like to have me with them where ever they go.
Fenced yard is nice but I like walks too.
Another dog is nice for company when my master is away, but not absolutely necessary.
If you're looking for that perfect companion dog who will wag his tail and greet you at the door when you come home, then you need to come and meet me.
We generally go to the following Petsmart Adoption Events: Downers Grove, Il on the 2nd Saturday of each month; Machesney Park, Il on the 3rd Sunday of each month.
