Schultz von Sellers's Story...
Schultz von Sellers is a magnificent looking 8-month-old large German Shepherd puppy often referred to by his foster parents as a big, sweet goofball. Schultz is a very affectionate boy who is housebroken and sleeps throughout the night in his foster parents' bedroom. Schultz reminds them so much of Scooby Doo that they often end up calling him that around the house, especially when he runs after his ball and ends up tripping and falling from excitement just before he gets to it. Schultz is great with people and loves to play tennis ball with them. He's also friendly with other dogs and enjoys playing around with them. Schultz walks well on a leash and is learning some of his basic commands. He's a gorgeous guy with a lot of love to give, which comes across when he plants a big sloppy kiss on your face. In return, he does hope for those good old fashioned belly rubs and he even positions himself just right so you don't have to miss his favorite spot. Schultz is the kind of dog that will do well in almost any type of environment, so you really need to meet this one-of-a-kind personality.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Schultz von Sellers, a Los Angeles German Shepherd Dog puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog for sale in Los Angeles, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog puppy from a breeder in Los Angeles.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Los Angeles already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Los Angeles breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Los Angeles paves the way for another one to be saved.
