I am already spayed, a special needs pet, up to date with shots, and good with dogs.
Pancake is a very special dog who will need a very special family willing to accommodate her needs.
Approximately five years of age, Pancake was found wandering the streets near her former home. A kindly neighbor recognized the dog, picked her up and delivered her to a local vet. We'll never know for sure what happened to Pancake's family, but we do know that when the vet tried to contact the phone number associated with Pancake's microchip, he found the number had been disconnected.
Cute and alert, but very timid, Pancake needs gentle handling. She paces when agitated, but immediately calms down when held. She has never been housebroken, but given time and a lot of patience, we're sure she'd be able to learn her manners. (Her foster mom puts a diaper on Pancake and lets her sleep in bed, where - mom is happy to report - Pancake snuggles in for the night, with no accidents!)
Pancake has been spayed and is current on vaccinations and heartworm preventative. If you'd like to provide Pancake with all the TLC she so richly deserves, please contact Gail Ross by phone at (870) 431-8229
