Natasha's Story...
Meet Natasha! A unique mix of Dalmatian, American Bulldog, and maybe Lab, this young girl came to the shelter as a stray and is now looking for a forever home. Natasha seems to love everyone she meets - even most dogs! She gets so excited to see people that her entire body wiggles. All she wants is love and attention. And who can resist that sweet face?

Trying to contain all of that energy is tough sometimes, so she may need some work on her leash skills. But, Natasha is a quick and eager learner, so we know she will be a pro in no time. In fact, she would excel in obedience or agility class, if given the chance.

Natasha would love to find a family who will give her love and security for all her days. In return, she promises to be a devoted companion for years to come. If you think your family could make her wish come true, come visit Natasha at the shelter! Or contact her adoption consultant, Marsha at 440-759-9269 or jmtglass@yahoo.com for more information!

** The adoption fee helps to cover the general veterinarian check-up, heartworm test, spay/neuter, basic vaccinations, rabies vaccination, worming, flea preventative, and microchip that all dogs adopted through Berea ARF receive prior to going into their new home.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Natasha, a Berea American Bulldog/Dalmatian dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Bulldog/Dalmatian for sale in Berea, or seeking a American Bulldog/Dalmatian dog from a breeder in Berea.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Berea already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Berea breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Bulldog/Dalmatian breeders who help with American Bulldog/Dalmatian rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Berea paves the way for another one to be saved.
