Molllie's Story...

Little miss Mollie really needs a home of her own. She was adopted as a kitten and given up 3 years later, when the family moved to a smaller home and felt they didn't have the room for her. Someone was kind enough to take her in but they cannot keep her permanently, as she doesn't get along with the other cats. She is a loving, sweet little girl who enjoys playing and appreciates any attention she receives. She will be a wonderful companion as a single cat. Please give her a chance. Please call 845-634-0345, if you can find it in your heart to give this sweet girl a forever home.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Molllie, a New City Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in New City, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in New City.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in New City already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a New City breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in New City paves the way for another one to be saved.
