RUGBY's Story...
“RUGBY” has 2 Guardian Angels and now needs a loving family to continue the work they began! Rugby is a 7 month old Boxer Mix puppy that was recently found in a sad pitiful state. He was wandering alone in a neighborhood limping along with pain from a broken leg and hip possibly from a car accident. No one wanted to save him because of the vet bills for surgery and several people even suggested amputation because it was cheaper. The first guardian angel was a special woman who stepped forward and paid for surgery to repair his hip and tibia. The second angel took Rugby into her home and fed him and nursed him back to health. Rugby has now blossomed with nourishment and love into a really mellow sweetheart that runs and plays and shows love to all that he meets. We are now seeking a third Guardian Angel or family who needs an exceptional family member to join them and write a happy ending to this story of hope we call Rugby! Why Adoption is a Great Option

RUGBY, a Gilbert Boxer puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer for sale in Gilbert, or seeking a Boxer puppy from a breeder in Gilbert.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Gilbert already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Gilbert breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer breeders who help with Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Gilbert paves the way for another one to be saved.
