My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

James and Chevy are two of the happiest and most amusing little cats you would ever want to meet. They both came from rather dire circumstances, and once their immediate needs were taken care of, their sunny personalities blossomed.

They were both born in April 2006, so aren't full grown yet. Chevy is black and white, the smaller and more confident of the two. He is always ready to investigate any new situation or object, and meets any new critter head-on, whether two-legged or four-legged. He is extremely people-oriented, enjoys sleeping on the pillow at night, perching on the edge of the tub at bath time, snoozing on a lap at the computer, and sitting in the next chair at dinnertime. Chevy will expect his new people to enjoy lots of very close personal contact.

James (gray and white) is more content in his own personal space, but loves being fussed over and absolutely *must* be brushed several times every day. If this duty is neglected, he will run to the brushing station, assume the position next to the brush and call out in his funny little chirpy language for someone to come play beauty parlor with him. He simply cannot get enough of that special attention, and will give kisses on the nose in appreciation. James is more submissive, and although a bit bigger than Chevy right now, he follows along as Chevy leads the action.

Both of these boys adore toys and games, and require a good bit of space for their games of tag and tackle. They like running up and down their big cat tree, making forts out of cardboard boxes, and especially love toys involving feathers.

James and Chevy are neutered, current on vaccines, and have tested negative for FeLV and FIV.
