Trey's Story...
Hi everyone. Are we not the cutest things ever? We are all total lovebugs. We were rescued from a high kill shelter and have been living with a great family that loves on us and plays with us all the time. We are great with kids. Especially our 4 year old friend. We will be your forever friends and confidantes. Our mom was a small 25lb dog that the previous owners called a lab mix.....yeah, we know, who ever heard of a 25 lb lab??? She was small and at the rate we are going we will probably be about the same size. Hurry up and request an application.....remember, a vet reference is a must and a fenced yard is a plus!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Trey, a Burlington Cocker Spaniel puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Cocker Spaniel for sale in Burlington, or seeking a Cocker Spaniel puppy from a breeder in Burlington.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Burlington already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Burlington breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Cocker Spaniel breeders who help with Cocker Spaniel rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Burlington paves the way for another one to be saved.
