My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Shelby is a male Ragamuffin/Russian Blue mix. He is neutered, up to date on shots, FIV/FeLV negative and was born about 6/22/07. Shelby's mom loved him and very much, but her ENT doctor told the mom the reason she kept getting sick was because she was allergic to cat dander so she had to find Shelby a new home. Shelby originally got his name because, he was originally a stray who started to plump up. So Shelby was taken to the vet because it was thought she may have kittens, well the vet felt her tummy and set her up to be spayed, well imagine the surprise when Shelby was turned upside down the she was a he, but the name stuck. Shelby is a mild mannered guy who is affectionate and loves to be held and petted. If you quickly walk towards him he'll jump up and run off, but will quickly return to be loved on. Shelby's left ear lays down flat, which makes him super cute.
