Jethro's Story...
This long haired beauty is a good size boy with a soft face and a loving personality. He is from a litter of 5 and was actually smaller than some of his litter mates but not so today. He is about 2 years old and very gentle. Will take a little patience on a new home but should be fine quickly and a wonderful addition to a new family.Very calm and collected.Very bright personality. We have had 2 sets of kittens come along and he thinks he is their protector.Tigger one of the younger ones "swats" Jethro's bushy tale everytime Jethro walks by him. Never pays any attention, just keeps walking.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jethro, a Fairhope Domestic Longhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Longhair for sale in Fairhope, or seeking a Domestic Longhair cat from a breeder in Fairhope.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Fairhope already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Fairhope breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Longhair breeders who help with Domestic Longhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Fairhope paves the way for another one to be saved.
