Scout needs a family!!!! And fast!!!
My name is Scout, named after the curious little girl in the book To Kill a Mockingbird, and curious I am. I also love sniffing around the yard and when I’m tired I’ll flop on my side to soak up the sun. I may not be as young as I used to be but I still have my spunky moments when I’ll run around and jump up and down. My favorite thing to do is to cuddle up on the couch, maybe as you enjoy reading a nice book (hint, hint… I know a good one, just remember my name…) or I’ll find my own spot on the couch to relax for an afternoon nap.
I’m a 12 yr old beagle, and smaller than most of my friends. I weigh about 23 pounds and would eat everything and anything if you’d let me. I’ve been in a family of other dogs and cats but enjoy my time relaxing these days so I’d be okay with calmer friends than the ones that want to play all day. I’ve been spayed and am up to date on all my shots, I’ve even got my teeth cleaned recently!!
I’m looking forward to cuddling up with you soon, save me a spot on the couch!
