Pepper's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, in need of an experienced adopter, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Pepper's Story...
Hi I'm Pepper! I'm a one year old terrier mix who is full of spunk! I'm a stout little guy and I love my people SO much. I am more interested in playing with my people than toys or other dogs, but I'm learning how to play with other dogs in my new foster home!

I love my crate and have no problem sleeping in it while you're gone. I love to go on walks, but I do still pull a little because I just can't wait to get to the next smell! I am learning "sit" and doing great, I'm a super smart little terrier and I'm very receptive to learning new things!

I love sitting in your lap and getting petted on! I am not a fan of cats, but I sure love kids! I do get a little excited sometimes and can jump pretty high so it's probably best if my new home only has kids over 5 years old.

My foster mom and dad are great, but I can't wait to find a special home of my own real soon! Will you be my new forever home?

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Pepper, a Dallas Rat Terrier/Fox Terrier (Toy) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Rat Terrier/Fox Terrier (Toy) for sale in Dallas, or seeking a Rat Terrier/Fox Terrier (Toy) dog from a breeder in Dallas.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Dallas already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Dallas breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Rat Terrier/Fox Terrier (Toy) breeders who help with Rat Terrier/Fox Terrier (Toy) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Dallas paves the way for another one to be saved.
