NEED PROOF OF OHIO LIABILITY INSURANCE TO ADOPT OR RESCUE. He's a little scared and grumpy. Adoption fee is $17 for the dog license and 5-way vaccination. Hours Monday - Friday, 7am - 4pm. Located southeast of the Akron/Canton area, one county from PA.
