Walie's Story...
Walie is a wonderful girl, she's a very happy little cat. She loves to give hugs by putting her arms around your neck and purring. She also loves to sit on a lap and cuddle, this cat would be perfectly happy to NEVER leave your lap. If you want a cat with a very sweet disposition, Walie is your girl! She loves to sleep with you and cuddle and purr to help you sleep.

Wallie is also very timid with the other cats and as a consequence, gets picked on constantly. We would just love to see Walie go to a wonderful home and be an only cat.

She was named Walie because she was found wandering around a local Walmart parking lot.

Walie is 2 years old, UTD on vaccinations, dual tested negative, spayed, wormed and treated for fleas.

Walie needs her own family to love again, could you be that family? If you are interested in adopting her, please email us for an application.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Walie, a Simms Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Simms, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Simms.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Simms already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Simms breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Simms paves the way for another one to be saved.
